Minestrone with Clam Soup

HAPPY HALLOWEEN
3 tbl. olive oil 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 tbl. chopped garlic 1 onion chopped 3 stalks celery chopped 2 cup chicken broth 2 carrots chopped 1 cup water 1 tbl. dried basil 4 cups V-8 juice ¼ cup red wine 1 16oz can white beans 1 med. zucchini chopped ½ bag (6 oz) vermicelli noodles ½ red bell pepper chopped ½ green bell pepper chopped 2 cans 6 ½ oz clams chopped with broth
Saute garlic, onions, celery, carrots & basil in oil for 10 min. Add wine & remaining ingredients, except noodles. Boil, then simmer for 20 min. Break pasta, add to pot & cook for 10 min.
