Mint Chocolate Ice Cream Pie

April 2009

 

1 Oreo Cookie Crust          Whip Cream          Crème De Menthe

Quart and a half Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

 

Let the Ice Cream soften and then mix with mixer for 2 minutes.

Pour into the cookie crust and keep in freezer overnight.

Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.

Top with whip cream

Sprinkle with crème de menthe liquor (optional)

You can also top with chocolate shavings
